“This was a unique and very enjoyable visit. We enjoyed the site as it sits in the woods. The birds of the area were plentiful and great in the morning. The room was great with a marvelous bathroom. Comfortable bed. The breakfast we had there was excellent. A wonderful choice.”

“Beautiful quaint cabin! Had everything you could need. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.”

“This is an amazing place for a couple or small family to have a first or even small get away or vacation”

“The cabin was great! A few little extras for a welcome package. Did not skimp on the towels and bedding. Great decor. Loved it!!!”

“This was our second time staying here and we stayed for a full week. Fully enjoyed the time away from home. I did a lot of fishing and my wife did some crafting. Enjoyed a fire down by the lake with roasted hotdogs and s'mores. Grilled for dinner a couple of times also. Other nights we brought pre-prepared meals. It's a great getaway out away from the cities. Be prepared to relaxed and enjoy!”

“very clean, exactly as described, no issues.”

“High quality room, with farm privacy and atmosphere. We would recommend it and stay there again. Only one thing: The ladder to the loft bedroom is quite steep. My wife struggled a bit with it. But then, she is in her late 60's. Nevertheless, a good place that we will recommend. A/C worked well, and was needed. Room very clean. We hardly saw staff, which was fine, as we enjoyed our privacy.”

“Quite woodland retreat. A wonderful cabin with two beds and a sitting area with TV and eating area. Great size room, not far from the main building where you order your dinner to go and eat it in your cabin due to COVID Friendly staff Bring your shampoo and conditioner ”

“Great experience, perfect spot for our staff working an event at Apple Creek! Host was great and excellent communication. Will stay again next time we are down to Apple Creek.”

“This was a well-maintained, super cute cabin. The bed was comfy! The set up was great and everything we needed was provided. Would definately stay again!”

“The good: Communication with the host was excellent throughout the whole process! The beds and couches were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and pillows. The inside of the house was very clean. The value we got for the money was incredible! The bad: Upon arrival, there was a lot of trash in the yard which wasn't super welcoming. I ended up picking up what I could see. The garbage appeared to have not been taken out in weeks and smelled terrible. There was also a strange……

“Biggest hang up was no code was provided that I could see in the emails, only the unlock procedure. Hot tub looked murky. Gas grill needs new igniter, broken wire on base of igniter.”

“Everything was perfect. The only issue was a squeaky bed, but the place was immaculate and Steve was fantastic to work with… very attentive!!”

“We had a great stay. Everything was clean and tidy. Loved the easy lake access. Would definitely recommend. ”

“Perfect place for a couple to get away from the city and get some peace and quiet.. close enough to gas station and food. Great hiking close by.”

“Perfection!”

“Great place to stay, close to a lot of good attractions and has many provided amenities for an optimal stay. Pretty location, quiet, and privacy is great.”
