“Selected pet friendly on Expedia found this place, pre paid only to show up and have the manager hit us with a mandatory $50 pet fee. Must have been in the fine print hidden to my eyes. Folks that's close to a 40% up-charge, be very cautious booking this place.”

“We booked a king deluxe and was told after we paid that room was not available, the owner would not offer us a discount and told us to stay somewhere else. We booked what was said available but wasn’t I will make sure everyone knows not too stay there ”

“We reserved a double queen bed room and when we arrived they put us in a single bed room. A double bed. For myself, my sister, and my 18 year old son. They had to bring us a rollaway bed which was hard as a rock and the actual bed in the room was slanted and uneven. Thankfully we only needed it for one night but we won’t be staying here again. No offers of reduced rates or anything for our situation. ”

“First room assigned had not been cleaned. Had food and trash, along with cigarette butts and smoke (in a non-smoking room). I understand that the misuse of the room was not management's fault, but that of the prior occupants. However, there should have been protocols in place to insure that rooms are cleaned and noted as such before new guests arrive. The front desk person was very apologetic and noticeably frustrated that this occurred, and when she told another staff member it was shrugged……

Didn’t bother going down for breakfast next day. We went out instead. TV stopped working and no tech staff on duty nor manager. Front desk had us pack and move to new suit.
