“The property is in a nice, safe neighborhood within walking distance to PATH. Property was mostly clean but has a few maintenance issues. It did not hinder our experience. Check in instructions were not given in app as they were supposed to be. I was super nervous after driving 9 hours. I realized it during rush hour. It took about 20 minutes for a response but once the message was received, communication was excellent. We had to go up to the 2nd floor to get in and then the space was split……

“There is not a lot of option for that many people in New York so we were pleased to be able to find a beautiful house like that. There were some shortcomings in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. Certain areas of the house had odor issues. The kitchen and living room were very nice spaces for hosting our group, and the suite was incredible! The only thing missing was enough glasses and drinkware”

“I booked this property because of the closeness to the cruise port and because of the parking space. Just a warning, there are several steep steps to climb in order to get to the property. The property was clean and had plenty of room for five adults.”
