“We had a great experience with Dawson Inn. The room was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. The Manager, Lisa, was very friendly. There is a gas station and small store next to the hotel where we purchased made-to-order sandwiches and water on our way to the New River Gorge National Park. The hotel is 15 min away from the Sandstone Falls Visitor's Center. The price is right and a gem for those visiting the area or just passing through.”

“parking was good , typical continental breakfast nothing fancy but was ok, staff who checked us in was friendly but that's about where it ended, day shift could be a little more energetic. stayed 3 nights no house keeping , had to snag towels from the cart in the hallway and request tp from the front desk. Was not treated like a Hilton honors guest no goodie bag on check in I'm guessing because I booked through expedia. ”

“Was contacted by the host early on with check-in instructions. Everything went smoothly. Very clean. Large room with very comfortable bed and small kitchenette. Very nice bathroom. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay there again.”
