“The Barnburner is a fantastic place for a large family gathering in Brown County Indiana. Our family stayed two days and celebrated our early Christmas. The owners are so easy to work with. “Owners did great job converting this portion of the building into a living space. tastefully decorated and clean. I loved the extra touches like DIY breakfast items and I didn't have time to sample the ice cream in freezer :(... I need to give perspective on the small bathroom, I'd recommend only for those under 5'9". It's very narrow. Very clean overall. I appreciated that they didn't try to gouge guests for graduation weekend..”

“We’ve been coming to Nashville, Indiana for 12 years over the Christmas holidays. We’ve probably stayed at 10 different properties. In town is always so convenient to just park and walk. This rental was the most up to date and modern we’ve stayed in. It’s obvious that a lot of thought and care was put into the accomodations. Perfect for up to 4 people. Couldn’t have asked for nicer or cleaner and we’ll be back next Christmas for sure.”

“I took my daughters and a friend for a girls trip to beautiful Nashville Indiana. We’ve been to Nashville numerous times and love everything about it but we’ve never actually stayed in town. This is a great spot. It’s down at one end but it’s right at the beginning of all the good shopping and we were all exhausted from walking all the way around the village. But we had a wonderful time and found some wonderful deals, and were able to just simply walk back to our hotel, The Barn Burner. The……

“We had a girls’ weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The 3-bedroom, 2-full bath is as advertised being clean and nicely and warmly appointed. The location is in the heart of Nashville, and Kara goes above and beyond to provide everything you might need, from directions to toiletries to kitchen appliances, glasses, etc. One dedicated parking space is provided immediately next to the building, and there is plenty of parking nearby, if needed. “We enjoyed our time at this Boho Chic rental in Bloomington! The unit was nicely appointed with all of the basic necessities (e.g., bath towels), including a Keurig for coffee in the morning. The neighborhood is quiet at night, and the rental is within walking distance of both downtown Bloomington, the IU campus, as well as Switchyard Park. The latter is especially convenient if you plan to be visiting with your dog! We will definitely plan to stay here again during future visits to B-Town!”

“We got in late at night and left early in the morning so we can’t say much about the neighborhood but it was close to the university, comfortable, perfect with three teenage girls bc they all had their own bathroom. We took a star off for neighborhood bc there were loud trucks early in the morning. Overall- I was very happy.”

“This is a small space but with plenty of room for two. The space is well thought out and everything you need is handy. We really liked being able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. The area is quiet and it's easy to get a good nights' sleep. ”

“We were in town for the Lee Brice concert and the location was perfect. The property was very nice and well stocked. Everything matched the listing and was what we expected. The only downfall was having to clear our own path upon arrival. It snowed the day before and the steps to the doorway were covered and slick. There also seemed to be an issue with ladybugs everywhere in the main bedroom, but everything was manageable.”

“Grateful that the price was not jacked up for the eclipse weekend like so many others. Overall the place is great. Just know that there is no dishwasher and that the previous tenants many not have been great dishwashers.”
