「Tammy was very accommodating. She moved a bureau out of the room so we could have a place for our bikes. Parking is tricky but we found a free spot a short walk away. There are two steep flights of stairs to the room. The sitting area and tea were most welcome. It was a very comfortable place to stay.」

「We stayed on the bottom floor but got access to two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. It’s an old building so keep that in mind. I enjoyed the charm and reminded me of staying in my first apartment. I would stay there again!」

「Clean and big room. My room is two double beds room for three of us. The room is clean and big. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower is strong. The wifi is OK. The breakfast is tasteful. All the staffs are kind and helpful. You need the access card to go to your floor, so it is very safe. The room is bright. There is water maching located at the corridor. You can get the hot or cold water easily. The enviornment is quiet. There is free parking service. The MTR station is very close....

「Front desk told us that breakfast was complimentary but it turned out it wasn’t. There was only 1 staff at check-in, which created a line for checking in. It was good that the Hilton, 5 few minute walk had a restaurant, where we were able to grab dinner. Nice to have a gym, pool and sauna, which we used.」

「Amazing location near metro, restaurants and shops! Our room was extremely clean and quiet (couldn't hear neighbors or street noise). Check in and logistics were easy and we were grateful for easy and reasonable parking nearby. The bed wasn't super comfortable (felt like thick plastic over wobbly coils), but we managed. We'd stay here again and bring a mattress topper!」

「Nothing bad to say about our stay, everything was fantastic!! - Perfect location, the VIA train station and 747 bus stop to airport. - The building was a very beautiful Brutalist architecture, interior was elegant and the courtyards and pool was beautiful. - Rooms were clean, bright and spacious. - One thing to note is there was no elevator between the two hotel floors, so you would need to bring luggage up the internal stairs. Also, toothbrush had to be requested and hotel did not provide...

「This is a nicer take on this type of hostel than I've experienced in other cities. This is exactly what is advertised - it is very minimalist, and for what it is, I think it's pretty well run. I stayed on a busy weekend and some noise does make it through the capsule but overall this felt like a good value, well-maintained and secure.」

「Our room is spacious with 2 double beds and a large closet. The staff at the reception is helpful and welcoming. The cleaning staff we met on our floor also greeted us warmly. There is a cafe connected to the hotel with good matcha latte and sandwiches, ideal for breakfast. Although it is not a new hotel, but everything is clean and works well. It will be perfect if a smart TV is available for watching youtube and Netflix.」
