"I wanted to give this hotel 5 stars however I couldn’t which is a massive shame. Great location, easy and free parking, great breakfast and the pool was adequate for our needs.
However on arrival we were told we didn’t have breakfast included when we had and could evidence this through Expedia. The third child bed in our room had not been put in and after calling down to request it, it eventually arrived at 1.30am after a very direct conversation. No apologies for the fact our child had no bed!
Also be aware of the over priced food and drink at this hotel. £10 for a coffee, the same coffee from the same machine at breakfast which took about 20 mins to arrive and was typically cold. Don’t waste money and go to a coffee shop and get fresh handmade coffee with a taste!
Would I stay here again.. possibly due to the location. For a country who thinks of everything in fine detail, this hotel just needs to rethink customer service a little especially as tourism has declined a little"
