"the room was tired, a terrace room, false grass on the deck covered in pigeon droppings and weaping green algae all over the green copper canopy over, windows filthy due to it all, shower room door faulty, wash basin hot/cold mixed up, food offering basic, cheap fleece gowns, altogether far from any five star hotel I've ever stayed in "

"At 11pm young people staying there were shouting and running up and down the hallway and were politely asked to quiet down as people were sleeping. This led to the young people screaming and shouting verbal abuse and threats. They left the hotel and returned after midnight around 12.45ish and continued their disrespectful behaviour and were banging on hotel doors. It ended at 4.40am when the police had to remove them. "

"The room was spotless and comfortable bed. Lovely and warm for a cold February days. The check in staff lovely and polite as well as check out staff. Also the restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. However I found the breakfast staff a bit grumpy and not as friendly. "

"I was delighted by the kindness, friendliness, and service by Katrina and Laura. We had a few special last-minute requests and they were both very helpful and made our stay fun and easy. Our room was comfortable, clean, and comfortable. The meal we 3 (me and my two young adult kids) had at the hotel was absolutely terrific — my traditional roast dinner was a highlight for sure! Thank you Katrina and Laura for making our stay a great memory, and for your kindness and accommodations. Cheers from Canada! "
