“Quiet, clean, staff friendly. ”

“All staff were very nice and accommodating. However the facilities are tired and need refreshing. It is conveniently located with easy walking distance to most places.”

“Staff was kind and efficient at check in. Hotel was clean and a good location for our needs. The view leaves a bit to be desired, but it's a busy city.”

“I think it was circumstantial, but there was a group in the hotel that made my stay very unpleasant. Shared spaces were dominated by this group and they were generally rude. I was enroute to another city and have always enjoyed stopping in Charleston and staying at this hotel. However, this time was simply awful. I wasn't able to take advantage of the amenities, especially breakfast, so I just left as soon as I got up the next morning. Room was fine, clean, but my experience other than that……

“Staff is excellent! The room looked a little rough around the edges. Nail polish dumped down the bedside table and onto the carpet. Spots on the carpet as well. Not sure when the top blanket on the bed had been laundered last. I folded it down and went on. The property is beautiful and is close to the highway. Easy access to everything. The lobby is nice and inviting. The breakfast was good. ”

“Dated room but clean and comfortable”

“I had 3 dogs 8 weeks old 1 lb 10 weeks old 3 lb and a 8 lb senior dog and they charged 25$ a dog which was not stated on the reservation. I will never go back and then we walked out to see a person trying to break in our car not in pressed. That was with quality inn but they were joint with comfort in who oils have only charged for one dog really and that was the one that was willing to go out and sea with the person in the parking lot that went to another car and the alarm was going off. ”

“Fantastic place for a quick road trip stop. The rooms were surprisingly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Great value for the price—I'd definitely stay here again!"”

“It’s fine for what it was, a room to catch some sleep before continuing our trip at a great price. The ro was clean and the staff both evening and morning were friendly. Outward facing rooms are loud and this was increased due to the road construction going on nearby. No coffee maker in the room was a disappointment but breakfast included downstairs in an under $75 price was a positive. There was also some sketchy looking stuff going on outside at night so there’s that, but when staying at……

“Everything was good with this hotel except the noise from the highway. Our room was in the back of the hotel and within 50 feet of the interstate and trucks made so much noise braking to go around the curve. Difficult to sleep. ”

“The breakfast menu was not very good; the eggs were watery, and there was no fruit option. But the worst part was the pillows — they were flat and hard, as if they had been used a thousand times and had no fluff left, like a flattened cake.”

“was a first floor room. was able to park pretty close. the area felt a little sketchy but was well lit and quiet. the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfy. we slept very well :) thanks for a great stay!”

“Room could have been cleaner, cigarettes left in ashtray although I don’t smoke, holes in blanket. Location convenient literally right off interstate. Quiet area ”
