“I cannot say enough of this small jewel in Xalapa. Great boutique hotel . Great staff! Safe area to walk and exercise. Amazing food! Just one minor drawback is the pillows, a little bit too hard for my taste, but don’t forget to ask for a change. This is not a hotel for people with wheelchairs, since there is a lot of steps.”

“I was extremely disappointed to find out that my room had no exterior windows. This could not be a deal breaker but the smell of sewage coming out of the bathroom definitely was. When I informed the front desk upon check out there was no apology whatsoever. Needless to say that I would never book a room on this property.”

“I found this hotel via Instagram. The hotel looked gorgeous. I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel interior is gorgeous. The service at the restaurant is amazing. Now the actual room is where it lost me. The rooms were advertised as having a hair dryer, that is not true. My room did not have one. The towls had actual holes on them. My AC was broken and I had to ask for more blankets. One of room lights was broken and would glitch. The rooms are NOT sound proof. If theres an event, you will hear it.……

“Cosas positivas 1. La ubicación es excelente 2. Es muy limpio 3. La habitación compartida tipo hostal es solo con 2 personas y con baño dentro Aspecto a considerar: Es una casa familiar con niños pequeños así que hay algo de ruido y normalmente movimiento en la cocina y comedor. ”
