“酒店环境不错，内部就有两个餐馆，整体感觉挺好，不过可能整个内罗毕的治安都不好，住在这里都不敢去周边逛，即使是在市中心。”

“I stayed 2 nights at this hotel which is in the city centre. The rooms are not big but comfortable and clean with toiletries and coffee/tea. House keeping was efficient and my bath robe was promptly delivered. The buffet breakfast was excellent with an egg station and different selection of hot dishes offered everyday.”

“Really enjoyed my stay at the Pan Pacific! Check-in was smooth and easy and everyone at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. My room exceeded expectations and there was plenty of space to relax, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was perfect for coming back from a multi day safari! There’s a Carrefour grocery store available with fresh fruits and other items that can be taken back to the room and prepared in the furnished kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again!”

“Although the property was undergoing renovations the noise was kept to a minimum and we were situated in the alternate wing across the path from the main building. Key card was deactivated several times as I had placed it by my phone. I had not had this happen in the past. But staff were quick to make it right. They are lovely. ”

“Breakfast at Golden Tulip was the best and I had my best black masala tea there. Only thing I didn’t like was the translucent wall design between the bedroom and the bathroom. Otherwise everything else was pretty much good. Plus the lunch options they had were good too.”
