「Everything is good. All request is attended fast. Nice smell of ground lobby. Lobby is neat n clean. Looks as new. Malls n trains just below n short walk. Friendly staff. Huge and clean parking lots. For staria 1.99m a bit challenge but ceiling is okay at 2.1m. apartment floor is dusty but cleaner attended to it. Overall great stay」

「The reception staff is helpful
But the cleaning staff is not helpful
Having stayed for 4 days, the conciergist and receptionist said that they would provide cleaning service for at least twice a day.
But I can't see any cleaning service.
THEY completely ignored us. Despite asking for a functional kettle, cleaning of toilets, cleaning of bins, they did just a simple registration. No proper arrangement until talking to the receptionist for thrice.
You can consider this hotel when you accept...
