阿德雷德安利酒店住宿推介

「one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived there was issues. Reception staff could not even greet us with a hello as we checked in. Poor communication skills during check-in where things were not explained to guest clearly. Charged for parking when shouldn’t have been. Credit card surcharge was not explained. Room was filthy, housekeeping, poor. I’ve now been checked for a six dollar fee with no receipt as to what I’ve been charged for. Buffet breakfast average not...

「Room was really comfortable and cosy. Staff were lovely and friendly. Parking available next door in a public park, staff advised they could take a payment but thought it was cheaper to pay directly at the park, but unfortunately when I got down to leave the parking lot charged me $53 for an overnight stay. So my only suggestion would he to pay the hotel for parking. Otherwise, great location, clean, comfy and modern hotel. Would stay again.」
