“After switching rooms twice due to hair being on the toilet seat and in the beds, we still found hair in one of the beds in the 3rd room. It was already 9:30pm, so we didn't request to switch again. You could smell the dirt and see it in the lobby. Everything was dusty. The carpet in the hallway didn't look like it had been vacuumed for a month. The room itself was clean and smelled clean. We didn't bother to eat breakfast as we could only imagine what the kitchen looked like. Will not……
