「We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. 「Hosts Ines and Hans are very lovely and welcoming. Very lovely house in the mountains with everything you need. The house is split in to two sides. It has everything you need: well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a toilet, three bedrooms. Just bear in mind that house is only accessible via gondola. You need to leave your car in a parking garage and get a gondola up to the house. The area is very good and the views are amazing. We had an amazing time! 」
