Ein sehr sauberes und idyllisches Ferienhaus mit einem super Panoramablick.

Total entspannt in dieser schönen Umgebung. Auch das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und geräumig. Alles was man brauchte war da. Drei mal Daumen hoch.

Lage am Hang war sehr schön. Die Zufahrt ist allerdings kompliziert, da der Weg sehr schmal ist und kaum Ausweichmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Wir mussten ca. 100 m zurückfahren, als uns jemand entgegen kam. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut. Vom Kühlschrank bis zum Geschirrspüler war alles vorhanden. Die Polstermöbel in der Stube wirkten allerdings sehr gebraucht und alt.

Hervorragend

Es war ein wunderbarer, ruhiger und entschleunigender Aufenthalt direkt am Waldrand über Silvester mit meinem Hund. Es gab ein paar vereinzelte Böller im Laufe des Silvesterabends. Um Mitternacht war ein wenig mehr los, was aber nach etwa 30 bis 45 Minuten vorbei war. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtetund mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ein weiteres Highlight für mich war der Kamin und natürlich der phänomenale Ausblick vom Balkon.

Wer Ruhe sucht, genau richtig

Das Objekt ist ruhig gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit Hund 🐕 da, es war prima. Direkt am Haus geht der Wald los und keine Straße in der Nähe. Es fühlt sich an wie privatweg 😉. 10 Minuten Fußmarsch konnten wir beim Bäcker Brötchen holen. Die Talsperre und ihren Wanderwegen sind ein Genuss. Im Ort ist ein Schwimmbad, welches wir 2x genutzt haben. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Balkon riesig, untere Terrasse riesig mit diversen Stühlen und Liegen. Das Wetter spielte mit, wir konnten alles nutzen. Der Hund lag nur draußen, alles umzäunt 😁. So, zum positiven gibt es natürlich auch nicht so tolles...die Treppe zum Haus und im Haus sind sehr steil, wobei das auch Bauart bedingt ist! Der Waldweg ist leider sehr abenteuerlich und teils holprig, naja jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir würden wieder kommen, allein schon wegen der Lage und Terrasse...aber nicht im Winter!

Steht und fällt mit dem Wetter

Das Haus war einladend, voll ausgestattet. Die steilen Treppen aber gewöhnungsbedürftig. Schöne Wanderziele in der Umgebung. Aufgrund des regnerischen Wetters waren Anfahrt und Wanderwege sehr schlammig, z.T. nicht begehbar. Hinweis: Achtung Marder, er hatte uns am 2. Tag schon das Zündkabel durchgebissen. Die Werkstatt Dietrich in Oberweißbach hat uns sehr geholfen, obwohl Betriebsferien waren, vielen Dank.

Haus hat wunderbare Lage mitten im Wald ( Abends Mückengefahr) zum wandern sehr schön , geht hoch und runter, etwas anstrengend lach , man kann sich dort sehr gut erholen und abschalten

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig

Ein fantastischer Ausblick, ein kühles Untergeschoss, dass für einen guten Schlaf sorgt, ein geräumiges Bad mit großer Wanne und Dusche bringt auch hier Entspannung. Für lange Aufenthalte fehlt Waschmaschine, da Handtücher und Bettzeug mitzubringen sind, Der Geschirrspüler braucht eine Wartung, er arbeitet nicht richtig. Das lässt sich sicher schnell richten.

Kurztrip um der Stadt zu entfliehen

Ein tolles Gebäude mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht. Die Abende auf der Terasse am Außenkamin haben echt gut getan. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war ausgezeichnet! Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Kurzurlaub über Silvester mit Hund

Sehr schön und ruhig gelegen am Hang mit tollen Blick auf Unterweißbach. Uriges Haus mit Kamin und direkter Lage an einem Wanderweg. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und Hund zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöne Landschaften und Ausflugsziele in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Viel Ruhe mit toller Aussicht

Ein tolles Haus mit genügend Platz für 2 Erwachsene mit großem Hund. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, ist die Lage wirklich toll. Man verlässt das Grundstück und ist direkt auf dem Wanderweg, von dem kurze und auch lange Spaziergänge starten kann. In 10 min ist man einen etwas steileren Weg hinab in den Ort gelaufen, um zum Bäcker/kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit oder in die Gaststätte zu gehen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. Der große Balkon wurde von uns auch bei schlechtem Wetter genutzt und bietet immer einen tollen Ausblick. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt

Der schriftliche Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, wir haben das obere Schlafzimmer genutzt , da da unsere Spannbettlaken auf die Matratzen passte. Da der Winter in unserem Zeitraum sehr mild war, nutzten wir den großen Balkon um die Aussicht zu genießen, sowie die untere Adresse zum Grillen. In der Küche war alles für uns vorhanden, aber gekocht haben wir weniger. War ja Urlaub ;-) Uns hat das Haus gut gefallen ,.
