The beach location is fabulous for families who don't want to be in the thick crowds closer to the high rise buildings. I loved that there is an outdoor closet with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. The only issue we had was gnats coming in as we opened the doors due to the location of the trash bins outside but probably not much can be done about that.”

“The house was a good size for our group of 10. While there are multiple complaints of a lack of amenities we did not experience this, the description of the home mentions only having a starter kit but we did not need anymore than that. We had 10 people for 3 nights. There were plenty of supplies for us. The reason for the 4 stars is that the home had quite a bit of damage inside. Nothing to ruin our experience but there is room for improvement. We did report all damages we found and got quick……

“This home is so beautiful and was very clean! Everything felt new! We loved the decor, comfortable furniture, spacious floor plan, resort style neighborhood, huge community pool, and the proximity to so much in the 30A & PCB areas! The tram stop is right outside the back door for beach transportation and it’s only a 3 minute walk along a sidewalk path to the massive lagoon style pool. The pool is really awesome! It can get super crowded during the day though so we preferred evening swims. The……

“Nice little beach bungalow! We stayed here for the Jeep Jam. House is close to the beach and directly across from a mini golf place. Plenty to do. Private and quiet. Owner is also very responsive to any issues and communicates well. Would stay here again!”
