“This house is gorgeous. The owner is super sweet and very easy to get in touch with. She kept us informed as weather had closed some roads on arrival day. Grocery store close. Activities and fun things to do near. Nice and quite at night. House is gorgeous nice and big plenty of space for the large group we had. Everyone had an excellent time. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!”

“I was by myself and really enjoyed my stay here. The house was perfect for my needs, It was clean, new appliances, new windows, a nice front porch/outdoor space and close to DuPont and Pisgah forests. I would definitely rent this unit again.”

“I would give this property and its lovely owners a 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Linda and her husband have done a phenomenal job with this property! It’s warm, inviting, comfortable and so impeccably clean it’s unreal. Everything is absolutely organized and labeled and it has all the amenities you could ask for! Only 10 minutes to the Asheville airport and less than 30 to downtown Asheville. There are plenty of grocery stores and breweries close by as well! The property is right off a busy……

“First it’s a really nice place. Grass needing cutting when we arrived on Monday.Next day informed owner we we’re having a graduation cook out on Thursday anyway it could get completed by then (said on his list. He’s there everyday to feed a few animals.)A crew shows up at 8 am SATURDAY morning. Cute farmhouse needs a repair around sink in kitchen ( hoped to add pictures) Cleanliness was good with exception of few things,out-of-date pantry items, dirty ice bin,mice droppings kitchen……

“Beautiful property with abundant flowers, and 2 horses on the property. We stayed in the Spring so was very nice to see everything grow and sprout. A virtual bird sanctuary! Beautifully decorated home! The high ceilings tend to act as a huge speaker for any noise in the the living room up into the 2nd floor bedroom. Just be aware if sensitive to noise. The floors squeak a lot, but adds to the charm. We enjoyed our stay, and Christina was very helpful. Highly recommend.”

“Property was off the beaten path. The seclusion was quite nice. No cellular signal made things a little difficult. The only real complaint i have is there was animal hair everywhere. It was in the fridge, freezer and on all the beds. We had to wash all the linen befor we could comfortably sleep on them. Also the garbage was full before we were able to toss our trash forcing us not comply with their trash policy. Overall it was a good experience.”

“We visited for a family getaway for the apple festival. Very nice and well kept place. Plenty of space and privacy for extended family or a group of friends. The upstairs bathroom is not built for tall people due to the age of the house. We only used the downstairs shower but this was perfectly fine for our family to only have 1 shower. location is awesome for being nearby things to do while also having some space/privacy. The hosts are friendly and always respond quickly to questions. Will……

“We had a wonderful stay at this whimsical little getaway! It was very cute and well stocked. Our kids really loved the little rock slide in the creek, the hot tub, and the place had great toys and books out for our use. Chimney Rock and Lake Lure are less than 15 minutes away!
