"Convenient spot right across from Shinagawa Station, rooms are clean and staff are frenly. Hence am back to stay here for another 7 nites when my trip to Saporro Was cancelled due to bad weather situation. "

"The staff were very nice very friendly whenever you need something they were always there very helpful with the transportation to the airport. The rooms were very clean. The bathroom were very clean nice staff 10 out of 10. Definitely will come back with my three kids. My kids are very sad that we’re leaving."

"The staff were fantastic, super polite. Service was always prompt and issues handled swiftly. The only thing I would offer as a warning to visitors is to keep in mind that the cheaper single rooms are designed for one person, definitely not two visitors from north america. This is not a fault of the hotel or its staff, just a statement of fact."
