Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety—both American and Japanese options—and having two restaurant choices included was a huge plus. The Lawson in the lobby was super convenient for snacks and essentials, and the free shuttle made getting around easy. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and spoke great English. Highly recommend—would definitely stay here again! "

"It was quite impressive. Just arrived after a long day of traveling from California to Japan. It was such a relief to already be at my hotel when I arrived to the terminal. Also very convenient to have a food court neary and a 24/7 store that i barely had to leave."

"A good place for those who wants to go Disneyland or Disneysea. They provide shuttle bus. And it is link to the Shin-Urayasu train station. Very convenient. Shopping centres are just at the train station. "
