“Stayed here recently and had a decent overall experience. The hotel was clean, which is always a top priority for me, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and the common areas were generally well-kept.
That said, the property is clearly showing its age. The rooms and facilities could really use some updates; things like worn furniture, dated decor, and minor maintenance issues (loose fixtures, weak water pressure, older appliances) stood out.……

“The front desk asked us to call hotel.com to solve some system problems for them. It was your job not us, we were just guests!
I stood at the front desk for almost 30 mins doing nothing Just because its problem in the hotel! ”
