No coffee 🙁

Gorgeous place, we had booked a condo and got an apartment. Roomy, clean but even though it had a kitchen, there was no way to make tea or coffee, we had to boil water in a pot. Everything else was lovely.

Perfect location on outskirts of Urbania

Good pool and premises. We had one bedroom apartment with two kids and they fitted finely on separate beds on bedroom. Owners and service was splendid, only thing maybe would be to have fixed kitchen apparels right away in place although when asked, we got necessary things.

A pochi minuti dal centro di Urbania (anche a piedi) . Bellissimo posto, tranquillo e accanto al Barco Ducale. Camere grandi (qualche difetto come riscaldamento un po' rumoroso e materassi un tantino rigidi) ma nel complesso buone. Personale gentilissimo. Se ricapito da queste parti ci torno senza dubbio.

Een super plek

Country House Parco Ducale is een een uitstekende accommodatie aan de rand van Urbania. Er is een grote tuin en een mooi zwembad.Onze kamer was goed met een mooi uitzicht op de tuin.Het ontbijt was uitstekend. De eigenaars en het personeel zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam. Vooral Mara, die verdient een compliment. Parco Ducale ligt op loopafstand van Urbania waar `s avonds gegeten kan worden. Een plek om terug te komen.

Historic character and cleanliness

Just returned from staying a week at Parco Ducale. Daniella and Roberto are the perfect hosts! Kind and helpful if you need advice on sightseeing or shopping. The accommodation itself has a ton of historic character, but at the same time is extremely clean and easy to live in. I worried that I would need to drive into Urbania in order to enjoy sights and meals. This is not the case--there is a perfect walking path and sidewalk that takes about 15 minutes to stroll into the city center. The perfect length to build up an appetite. I highly recommend including the breakfast as it is plentiful and a lot of variety--fruit, yogurt, granola, meats, cheeses, pastries. I hope to return to this lovely place with my family. Thank you Daniella and Roberto!

Peaceful staying in Italian countryside hotel.

It was a peaceful staying in a lovely place in the Italian coutryside . The staff of the hotel was very charming and always at our disposal . Room was very clean and comfortable, I will recommend this location if you are planning a trip in the area.

The pictures on the website do not do justice to this beautiful country house or the location. The hotel was lovely with gorgeous grounds and it was in a fabulous location. The owners Roberta and Daniela are fantastic hosts; very friendly and professional and everything was of a very high standard. We would recommend this lovely place without hesitation.

Bella struttura molto accogliente

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in una family room con ingresso angolo cottura, un tavolo e 4 sedie e una poltrona letto (1 piazza), una stanza con letto matrimoniale e un bagno con vasca da bagno (avrei preferito una semplice doccia ma è puramente un parere personale), phon e shampoo e sapone da dispenser. Molto accogliente, pulita e un bellissimo panorama. Anche le parti comuni sono molto ben tenute, sia le sale interne che il parco con giochi e piscina all'esterno. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione ottima per varietà e qualità, con prodotti salati e dolci tipici del luogo e alcuni fatti in casa.

Ruheoase in unmittelbarer Stadtnähe

Das Hotel ist ein stilvoll restauriertes Landhaus mit einem wunderschönen Garten und ein tolles Pool, jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und punktet für Sauberkeit. Man kann schnell zu Fuß oder am besten mit dem Fahrrad in die Innenstadt fahren. Die Lage ist spektakulär, neben dem antiken Jagdhaus der Montefeltro. Absolute Ruhe, viele kleine Dörfer und Urbania in der Nähe. Man kann entspannen und vieles erleben, Natur und Kultur verbinden und einen schönen Urlaub haben. Im Sommer werden auch Buffet organisiert, wo man auch mit multikulturellen Gästen in Kontakt kommt und Leckeres aus der Region ausprobieren kann.
