"住宿體驗整體很棒！Mini bar 免費 且會補滿，還有小禮物跟歐洲極為罕見的免治馬桶，非常有誠意。早餐熟食多、炒青菜很好吃，可惜連住兩天菜色沒有變化。員工都很客氣有禮貌，不過餐廳門口的帶位引導可以再主動一點。另外淋浴水溫容易忽冷忽熱，建議可以安裝恆溫水龍頭改善。"

"房間新淨整潔， 接待的職員有禮 ，第一個印象非常重要 ，早上十時多到酒店已有房間， 早餐非常豐富，離琉森地標卡貝爾橋祇需步行3分鐘， 只是房價略貴 ，下次定再入住。"

"Really gorgeous view for the lakeview room with a balcony, though nice view came along with an uphill road to arrive at the hotel. Probably due to the historical building/regulations, no air-con was provided. But a fan was available in the room."
