“Everything was perfect close to the shopping mall and staff was really helpful definitely recommend to everyone ”

“Very lovely unit, clean, comfortable and private. Shower was exceptionally good!”

“Homely property with a lovely garden but the fold out bed maybe ok for a young child only, not an adult. Main bed needs an upgrade too. Soft furniture not very comfortable either. No undercover parking. Host provided eggs and seeds which is a lovely gesture.”

“Pet friendly which is important for us, a four legged companion didn't have easy access outside, we struggled with the staircase a little, otherwise very good, close to shops, walking tracks, etc.”

“The property was beautiful, clean and well equipped. It was perfect for us with a young family. The hosts were lovely and very approachable. We will definitely stay there again.”

“The floor could have done with a vacuum, lots of black hairs. Bathroom bin wasn't emptied and only half a roll of toilet paper. But otherwise it's a great spot and much nicer than the equivalent hotel I think.”

“Not clean, quality not good”

“great location, walk distance from Murrays coach station.Full kitchen equipment.Good experience!”

“Apartment war sehr verschmutzt und abgewirtschaftet. Es könnte eine Grundsanierung und Grundreinigung gebrauchen. Parkplatz war schwierig zu finden.”

“Great views and location (access to the lake for walks, Belconnen markets and University of Canberra). The unit was roomy and warm. Unfortunately there was not enough crockery for guests staying for a longer period as we did, and the crockery, cutlery and cookware were pretty poor standard. Checking in and out was a bit of a process but we had very clear instructions. Great to have access to a car park. Would have been handy to have 2 keys to the property for 2 guests.”

“Nice. There is all the things that we need. Comfy bed, clean room and looks vry modern. Located in an convenient location ”

“Clean and neat property. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Reverse cycle AC kept us warm and toasty during our visit at the height of winter.”

“The security system of the carpark is excellent. The staff of the reception are very friendly and helpful. Thanks for their services. The kitchen of he room is excellent with full equipment provided. The laundry not only with washing machine but also drying machine. Very considerable thinking by designing the room. However, the whole room have only one air conditioner inside living room, the two bedrooms have no individual air conditioner by means that you cannot close the door of your bedroom……

“Convenient. Parking definitely appreciated, especially having room for two (despite initial confusion with numbering). Unit felt private. Tenants met in lifts and parking were all very polite and friendly. Great city views.”
