"Clean rooms, modern, comfortable bed, convenience store on the first floor, convenient laundry facility. Not convenience location, Uber to train station was between 1100yen to 1800yen one way, they have limited hours on free bus to train station and Disney resorts. For families doing only Disney it was perfect, for families trying to go to Tokyo, Yokohama, Kamakura... It wasn't. We had two fire scares in just one week, tried to get info and the staff didn't want to talk English or gave us info on when was safe to go back to ours room. "

"Beds were extremely firm - like sleeping on the floor. It doesn’t matter if the rooms are larger if the beds are not comfortable. "Honestly our first room was not great, it was dirty and some outlets did not work. After bringing it to their attention, they immediately apologized and moved us to a much better room and made a small upgrade for the inconvenience. The correction was quick and the new room was amazing, clean, everything worked, and the staff was so helpful all hours of the day and night."

"Amazing breakfast buffet with the outstanding view of the Tokyo Tower. The staff is courteous and attentive. The nearby park is good for walks or jogs. We would be glad to stay again."
