“Pretty good overall. It would be better if the microwave on the 14th floor is separated from the smoking room and the used mugs in the room can be replaced daily. ”

“Very convenient location, close to subway station. Very clean room. Staff are nice but when too many guests check in together, you need to wait a bit long. They only can check in and check out at the front desk. The staff made mistakes in telling me a wrong check out time, when I confirmed with them before my check out day, they apologized for that. 我覺得房間雖小但很乾淨！地點方便，走路2分鐘就到地鐵站，職員未必都會講英文但都盡力幫你解決問題。”
