“We had an overall good stay. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and clearly doing their best, even though not everyone spoke English. The hotel is outside central Zurich, but tram and train connections make it fairly quick and easy to reach Zürich HB and the city center. The building is modern, and having reception nearby was very convenient. We stayed during a heat wave, and without air conditioning the room became quite warm. A fan was provided, but it struggled to keep the room……

“Elizabeth was very easy to talk too. Very fast and friendly. The place was big, but strangely made. The beds were comfortable but the pillows need improvement. The pillows seemed like they were put together. It doesn’t have elevator which I knew but the neighbor came out and yelled at us for making noise while taking our luggage upstairs. It’s basically a garage converted into a unit. It was very cold, they had a small heater but still was cold. The place was clean. ”
