「The place was super cute. Very clean and smelled amazing! It was very family friendly, nice and quiet. We were really only there to sleep but we enjoyed the time we spent! If we ever need to go back we will definitely stay there again!」

「We stayed here again (twice in 2 months) because both grandparents passed away. This home is conveniently located across from the cemetery with beautiful mountain views. Our grandchildren loved exploring around the property and the home was spacious and allowed us to visit with cousins. This is a spacious home with good wifi, chef's kitchen and TV's in every room. This is great for a large family and we were able to enjoy having dinner with our cousins that were staying at other locations. ...

「We had a wonderful time. Great, peaceful location, close enough to Bryce Canyon, but away from the crowds. Enjoyed seeing deer, a red fox and hawks in the big grass field, beside our own greeting party of alpacas and goats. Nicki, the farm dog, was a treat to play with. Super friendly community members. We rented a side by side for a day of 4 wheeling in the beautiful foothills. Thanks, Neilsen family for sharing with us.」

「Everything was setup nicely. A little baggy of treats for our kids to give to the goats in the morning was a very fun experience for them! A very quiet beautiful spot with great views from the front porch. 」

「Awesome place cows come right up to your window, fun atmosphere cozy loft type home. The only thing I would have to say that could be better is for the amount you pay if you’re only staying one night is a later check out or the possibility for a later check out 10 AM is really early. It would’ve been nice to check out at noon. other than that awesome place great location cows are really nice and friendly. Definitely going to go back with my girlfriend. She loved it there.」

「We loved the stay in the big old house with lots of room. One night, we were able to host a dinner with about 10 people sitting around the pool table covered allowing us the sole opportunity to use the table. We did leave a note that the microwave worked the night we arrived but quit working the next day. So that will need to be addressed. Great stay!」

「The VRBO is located in the residential section of a small rural town in central Utah. The owner lives next door and available should one require assistance. The unit is a well planned small home conversion utilizing the available space extremely well. The conversion was very well done resulting in a well appointed apartment with all the necessary appliances . The unit was very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed.
