Totally amazing, house is even better than pics, beautiful scenery. We were there celebrating Thanksgiving. There were 21 of us. The kids had a fantastic time and spent all day, every day outdoors. There really is 2 of everything which worked great for Thanksgiving for my large family. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Carol was a fantastic host and could not have been more welcoming. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Amazing stay

We came here to celebrate my cousins bachelor party and we had a great time. The house is spacious and has a great pool with an amazing view. The owner, Bill, is super friendly and communicates really well. Overall, we had a great time and great experience at this rental property.

We had a group of 5 families at this property and accommodations were nearly perfect. Great views, house is equipped to host very large groups- from towels to the kitchen. The pool is large with a wonderful outdoor space.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Moon Dance Ranch! The property was stunning, there were many activities for all ages, and we had plenty of room for every to fit comfortably! The kitchen having two stoves was such a life saver for us having a large group like us. Also, the owner was very nice and communicated very well with us from beginning to end! Perfect place to turn 40

Gathered with family and friends for a weekend to celebrate my birthday. The property is beautiful with lots of activities and amenities to keep us entertained the whole weekend. The children called it a “mansion” the whole time and loved the space, the goats, and the pool so much. Would definitely recommend this experience. Owner was super nice and helpful!

Spring Break in ultimate comfort

From start to end everything about this vacation was absolutely amazing. From arrival walk thru and everything in the home, to the most smallest detail I could think of, everything was more than perfect. The home and property was extremely clean, towels were fresh, linens were fresh, beds and pillows were super comfortable. We will definitely book this home for all of our trips in the future. Memorable Friendsgiving

This place is just A-MAZING!!! We were a huge party of 26 people with ages ranging between 6-78. Tons of games and activities helped keep everyone busy. There wasn’t a single moment when we felt we could’ve made a better choice with the place. Excellent and beautiful place to stay in Texas hill country. To top it all, the owner, Bill was very accommodating and helpful in every way. We fell short of words to express how happy and content we were with our choice. We hope to come back to this place sometime again!

Country paradise

Our stay in this beautiful property was exactly what we needed to get away from our busy day to day life in a big city! It was beyond beautiful, very clean, in a great location, not far at all from Garner state park. Pictures and videos won’t do this property justice, definitely breathtaking views and this home had all the amenities our big family with lots of kids needed to keep them entertained, our littles loved the jacuzzi!! As for property management Bill and Carol are both sweethearts, very attentive, transparent, and responsive, they even brought over two of their goats for our kiddos to pet! Our family would definitely return to this beautiful home. Definitely recommend it!

50th Anniversary Weekend

Moondance Hacienda is amazing, quiet, beautiful views and relaxing. There are two of everything in the kitchen as described. There are plenty of games and activities for everyone to enjoy. Our family ranges from 9 to 84 and everyone had plenty of room to spread out and do whatever they liked. Bill and Carol were wonderful to work with. He even called a couple days ahead of our arrival to see if we had any questions or needed anything. They live next to the property and said don’t hesitate to call if we needed anything. We all had a wonderful weekend.

Great Family Getaway

This house is gorgeous and the views of the Hill Country are something to see! We enjoyed watching either the sun or the moon rise from the poolside or the enormous living room windows. The inside of the house is modern and has every amenity you could possibly need. TONS of places to plug in devices and TVs in every room. There are bluetooth speakers to play music in the backyard and so many different games: mini basketball, putting green, shuffle board, etc. to keep everyone entertained with something. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need to cook for a large crowd. The location is great if you are going to Concan, Garner State Park, or just hopping on the Frio nearby. You can enjoy your retreat here away from the crowds, and then drive a quick distance to have some fun. Our family (ages 4-70) had a wonderful time staying here!
