"Basically, it is a new hotel not ready to be a hotel. The listing on Expedia said it had A/C. It did not. I arrived after 9 pm on my only night there to find it impossible to enter. No one told me this in advance. I had to call and wait 5 minutes to enter my room all the while having to a make room"

"Some employees were quite helpful. Others, like one at the reception told me “we do not provide that service” when i requested a fan in my room. He refused to take it to my room and instead pointed at a fan and said you can take that one. There is no A/C in any of the rooms, which isn’t nice when you’re in 36 C heat with humidity.
