“Over all it was great. Great accommodations close to the river. Veronica is the best and service was great. Ac went out on the last night but it was cool enough that we slept with the windows open.”

“It was okay for a last minute holiday weekend booking. Very convenient location. The house was pretty much as shown in the pics. House/ yard were not very clean when we arrived. Grassed needed mowed BAD. Floor was dirty in the house with sand and pet hair, i had to sweep before brining our stuff in. Also the tv remote always missing, ( found it in the couch). Someone came while we were gone and turned on outdoor lights which I couldnt figure out how to turn off so they shined in my window all……

“Great place to disconnect, unwind and enjoy the Dry Frio River. Sit in the small wading pools, build a fire for smores under the nights sky. Stayed here with my family and we will be back.”

“ House was perfect for our family of four. Outdoor backyard area was great. We played volleyball with the net and ball provided. Showed kids how to play tetherball. Fire pit was great for a night of watching the beautiful night sky and making smores. The house was cozy. Didn’t have a measuring cup, mixer, or bowl for making pancakes, but we made it work. I would have given it five stars except that the walk to the river was steep. It’s a workout coming backup with all the supplies. But the river……

“We had a fantastic stay at Concan Springs, Around the Bend Cabin. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Country Store and River are within walking distance, and the drive to Garner State Park is not far. An excellent place to stay!”
