"Our family of four had a wonderful stay at the Seaside Luxury Villas. Marie-Eve was a great host and quick to answer our questions. We enjoyed being just a short walk from the beach / national park, with a number of good dining options nearby. The kids loved the pool and having their own room. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This was our first trip to Costa Rica, and Peggy’s home truly became our home away from home. We absolutely loved our stay.Uvita is a wonderful little town with a great grocery store and some seriously delicious food. We highly recommend Seba, Restaurante Los Barriles, and Los Laureles. The drive from town up the mountain takes about 20 minutes, and you definitely need a 4x4, but don’t let that scare you. The road is well maintained and the drive was part of the adventure.The house itself was perfect for us. We loved the layout and cooked quite a bit using fresh local fruit, vegetables, and meat. The kitchen had everything we needed to make full meals.But that VIEW. Pictures simply cannot do it justice. It seemed to change every day. Bright sunshine, fog rolling through the mountains, watching a storm come in, or seeing the clouds lift to reveal the Whale’s Tail below. Sitting by that beautiful pool every morning and taking it all in felt like a dream.The landscaping and wildlife made it even better. My bird app identified more than 30 species during our stay, including toucans. We even watched a coati climb a tree right outside our bedroom window to eat fruit!Communication was excellent. It took me a little while to get WhatsApp figured out, but everyone was patient and helpful.This place gave us exactly the Costa Rican adventure we were hoping for while still feeling completely at home. The property is beautiful and incredibly well cared for.If I could change"

"We stayed 4 nights at this little gem. The staff gives away family atmosphere. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner Mayra and I felt like she was family, super friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless, very cozy and pretty. The pool is very inviting and every room is facing it, as soon as you open the door it's right there, I would say the place is very Instagrammeable. Breakfast is delicious and they serve it hot for you. The location is very convenient, you can walk to a lot of restaurants, to tour operating companies, to the beach/national park. We had a rental car and it was nice to have a private secure parking spot for it, but the hotel has bikes that you can use for free and you can move around the area comfortably in them. You can book your boat tours directly with them as well. Also, we were talking to the owner and she let us know that they're working on building a spa, I'll be using it next time for sure as it will be ready soon and we're planning another trip in a short time hopefully!"

"Fantastic stay, about 20-30 min walk to the beach national park and 15 mins to large supermarket, restaurants ect. The pools and outdoor kitchens are fantastic. There was so much room for everyone to use the facilities. Friendly staff too!"

We were lucky enough to see humpback whales and enjoyed the beautiful scenery around Marino Ballena National Park. 🐋🌊🇨🇷 Highly recommend!"

"My husband and I spent a wonderful week at this amazing house in Uvita. Before we even got there, Licho, was fantastic. He was responsive and assisted us to set up transportation from the airport, a rental car at the house, a whale watching tour and massages at the house. He greeted us warmly upon arrival and was available anytime as needed during our stay. The house is wonderful. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The bathrooms are spacious and beautiful. The beds are very comfortable which is nice. The house has plenty of fans and good lighting.The outdoor space is incredible. There is ample seating everywhere. There is plenty of shade. The views are lovely. The pool is the highlight. It is so large and excellent for swimming. There is so much wildlife on the property. Tons of birds and butterflies and geckos. There were visits from toucans multiple times per day. I saw a basilisk lizard and was told when the mangos are ripe there are regular monkeys onsite. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. It was a magical week."
