"I stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The room had a noticeable damp, musty smell as soon as I walked in, which made it feel unclean. There were gnats flying around the room, which only added to the discomfort. To make matters worse, the shower didn’t drain properly, so water started pooling while I was using it. While I was relieved that my stay was only for one night, I expected much better quality for the price I paid. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet basic expectations."

"Fire alarm went on and stayed on for more than a hour…even after the fire truck left. And that was at 10 pm…we had to get up at 6 am Not much sleep that night!"

"Worst hotel experience ever(not hyperbole). Use hotels 6-10 x/yr for past 16-20yrs. This is the worst. Could live with visibly grimy floor, musky lobby and room smells; with an uncovered ac and dirty towel that was apparently previously worked on. But I get to room at 1am, greeted by roaches. One scurrying from under the fridge, one in the sink, one by bathroom. Killed about 6 or 7. There was also a cluster under the computer desk. Was totally appalled. Put my belongings on bed, figured I would sleep with lights on and leave 1st thing in am. But walk over to bed and there are 2 under floorboards, and 1 crawling up bed. NO WAY.!!! I grabbed my stuff and ended up sleeping in my car. I turned in the key and they’re telling me I may not get a refund when I didn’t even sleep in the room. The price is not worth the disgust. The pictures are not representative of the actual property. STAY AWAY. Pay a few dollars more and go elsewhere"

"Room was. not clean properly, checking in was awful paid for pool view went to the room and there was no pool view we went back to the same guy told him that there was no pool view the gentleman said yes it is and if we use the room, I just left you 15 minutes ago really, so he give us a different room and that room was not pool view it was view pool been there for 8 days no one came to clean the room "
