「They canceled our reservation as our plane was landing. When we called to tell them our arrival time, they said they were closed for renovations. I'm not sure what to believe, but we had no other communication with them. No follow-up, no apology.」

「Spent one night here after a 36 hour flight from Los Angeles. Very relaxing and recuperative resort with beautiful lush surroundings and a calm and beautiful pool. The spa is excellent and massages are top notch. Love the breakfast and afternoon tea.
Make sure you stroll the grounds and listen for Peacok and multiple birds. Staff is so attentive.
This resort is highly recommended.」

「Honestly, one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. The staff were absolutely amazing and there was nothing you could do that was a bother. On arrival we were greeted by Nikhil who swiftly had drinks sent our way and our rooms checked in, all while we were able to relax on the sofas. Genuinely the best check in experience I’ve ever had.
He was our main point of contact after this, making sure we always knew where to go, what to do and made sure we were looked after at all times. It really...

「We took the premium cottage which was really big clean and bright.
Vagator is pretty quiet compared to the other beaches close by, the location or the hotel is good but you’ll need a scooter if you wanna visit the area. The hotel rent scooter for 500₹ all included, they are in a very good shape.
The staff was nice and helpful.
The only negative thing I could say is that the bathroom towels should be changed because they were stained and not white anymore.
Despite of this I totally recommend...
