Wonderful

This cozy condo was perfect for our weekend. Great location in Lionshead. We enjoyed the balcony and walking to restaurants which were just steps away.
Very close to the Lionshead gondola, nice partial view of the slopes and pedestrian traffic, we would stay agian. Only negatives were: Not real clean (under the bed has not been swept for a long time and some of the dishes/pots were not clean); Kitchenware is sparse; sofa needs to be replaced.
The location of this property is right in the heart of Lionshead Village, which is nice. However, the unit itself is pretty basic. Simple amenities such as a clock (other than the microwave) and a box of tissues were missing. We were looking for something a little more “special” and will most likely stay somewhere else next time we’re in Vail.
The condo is perfectly located with just a short walk to the Gondola and lift. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us but could easily work well if we had 2 small children to sleep on the sofa bed. Excellent food options nearby in the village but you could easily walk or take the free bus to Vail Village for more options or shopping. Having the kitchenette was great to make breakfast, lunch and a few dinners. Well stocked for pots and dishes. Appreciated the owner providing hand soap, dish soap and shampoo/conditioner. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the village after each day of skiing (it was 40-60 degrees while we were there!). Laundry was just down the hall if needed. Bus stop to the main Vail Village is close by as well. We were able to park in the lot for the Lift House for 50 per day - very convenient. Thanks for a great spring break!
1. This morning we had no hot water for showers.
2. The temp was not consistent with the thermostat. It would get really warm and then really cold in the room.
3. The mirror bottom trim is loose and makes the place feel not put together. May want to do a remodel as it feels dated.
4. The springs on the sofa couch bed are broken.
5. The walls are super thin. In 313 next door there was a dog that would not stop barking.
The location is great.
So this is our second time staying in this building however, our first time is staying in this particular unit. We were extremely impressed with all the modern amenities that had to offer. But most importantly, I cannot tell you how happy I was with the owner's during our stay. We knew that there was a pullout couch and a big bed and they were four of us. we used to pull out couch for the first night, but we noticed it was a bit damaged and uncomfortable. I let the property manager know and later on that evening the property owner showed us photos of the new couch that they were buying to replace the old one. The next day they asked us what time would be good to put the new couch in and they did that within two hours. I know for a fact that the new couch was not cheap! They knew they were making a good investment on their property. The owners drove three hours just to get the couch replaced for us and put it together themselves. I was extremely grateful. The new couch was very comfortable as a pull out bed and made the remaining of the stay much more enjoyable.
About the rest of the property, it’s in one of the best locations you can get in Lionshead. You’re very close to the main gondola and you’re right in the middle of the action. The view from the balcony is amazing and the employees in the lobby are extremely friendly. If we come back next year, we’ll definitely be staying here! Thanks again to the owners and the property manager😀
The property was exactly as advertised, and perfect for what we wanted. we loved the location right in the center of Lionshead. The balcony with the amazing views was our favorite spot. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely come back and stay again.
This apartment was a great location to the hiking trails. The kitchenette was perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. Also, for quick lunches on the go. Montauk Grill on the plaza has amazing food. Check-in was simple with the code provided. Amazing view to wake up to!
love lionshead but the unit we stayed in eeeehhhhh!!!
property is great , the host unit needs to be brought up to property standards. The floor has long holes in it -pretty gross and the floor is also raised off the ground. poorly painted furniture once again makes you feel gross. UPDATE THE PLACE !! and for over premium rates a night you shouldnt have to go buy you own toilet paper ,garbage bags and have to reuse our towels.. Renters beware
we loved our time in Vail at the condo. It was in an ideal location, and well appointed for all that we did. It is fantastic to be able to cook one's own meals.
Unbelievable location
Perfect for 2 friends or a couple
Only complaint was some metal tile trim on floor around kitchen area and fireplace area. Sharp edges and nails causing possible injury to stocking/bare feet.
Would definitely stay there again.
As everyone says, the location is great. If you come by car be prepared to pay $45 to $50 per day to park! The essential items that you would expect were not there. Bring your coffee, cream, sugar, salt, pepper. If you plan on cooking anything. Also bring a couple of pans as the one provided were in very bad conditions. Shampoo and soap is in a dispenser, ladies bring your hair conditioner. Bed was soft but ok, the couch is uncomfortable. Ok for a couple and a small child. There is a grocery store close bye but the prices are really high! You are better off taking a bus or drive to the Safeway about 10 mins west off 70. And don’t forget to read all the rules that are posted on the walls!

Great Location!...but room could use some improvements
We had a wonderful stay but some things could use improvement. The room needs more towels for a 6-night stay. Also, the towels should be washed prior to giving to guests, (new towels have a foul smell). There were not any kitchen towels provided. The couch is extremely uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Overall, the room was great but I would recommend that you make some updates to make the stay even more enjoyable for future guests.
Unit was small, but the location was AMAZING!!! Had front row seats to a free concert in the square!!! Great balcony for coffee and breakfast as well as wine and cheese!!!
This little apartment was perfect for my week-long stay for a conference. The balcony and view of Lionshead was the best part! The apartment is tiny, but all I needed. The bed was super comfortable and I really appreciated that the apartment had a portable swamp cooler/fan since there wasn't AC. It's important to mention that parking is pretty pricey (35 a night), so make sure to account for that when you stay. Property owner and manager were both very nice and helpful! Would definitely stay again.
