The unit needs some attention to small things, bedroom door has hinge issue, towel racks loose, dryer blows lint air into closet, TV in living room not working. The bigger issue was shades, or lack thereof. Made sleeping past 6am a challenge. Lastly, if your going to up charge for holidays, make sure the unit has a few basics. Arriving to no toilet paper of soap is suboptimal.
