No Smoking, please: To keep the home fresh and comfortable for everyone, smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee. Thank you for helping us keep the home in great condition!

Guest Fees: Reservations are subject to a non-refundable damage waiver or damage deposit that will be collected in your digital guidebook.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Need a little extra time? We’re happy to do our best to accomodate early check-in or late check-out requests! You can submit a request through your electronic guidebook. Availability depends on our booking calendar and cleaning schedule, and an additional fee applies if approved.

Starter Essentials: To help you settle in, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials including extra soft toilet paper, paper towels, luxury shampoo, conditioner, body wash & Mrs. Meyer`s dish soap. For longer stays, guests are responsible for replenishing any additional supplies they may need.

House Rules: To help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone we kindly ask that you respect our main house rules: no pets, no smoking, no parties, no commercial vehicles.
