This darling home boasts an inviting living area with fantastic mountain vistas from basically every window. Spread out comfortably on the sofas or snuggle up near the gorgeous store gas fireplace that will keep you nice and warm during the winter months. This is the perfect spot for family gatherings, adventure planning, and board game competitions. Come back home from shredding powder at the slopes or walking around Vail Village to a delicious and warm homemade meal prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. Whoever gets to be the cook of the group during your stay will enjoy a full kitchen complete with all the essentials, including a dishwasher for quick and easy clean-ups. Speaking of convenient amenities, there is also a washer/dryer for your laundry needs. Additional amenities include cable TV and a jetted tub in the primary bedroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
