Perfect ski getaway

Condo is perfect for 2 adults and 3 children, kitchen is well-stocked, beds very comfortable. The humidifiers were added bonus. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing apartment, even better location

The apartment is the best I’ve ever stayed in Vail and I’ve been to many over the year. It’s clean, well equipped, new appliances; the living room and kitchen areas are so cozy we never wanted to leave the apartment except for skiing. Skiing is also a few steps away, almost ski-in ski-out. Right in front of the bus stop if you want to go to Vail village for dinner (a 5 minute ride) - you can even keep warm while watching the bus stop from the building window to only exit when the bus arrives.We also wanted to ski the day we checked-out, so wanted to ask if we could leave the car in the parking spot for the day. It was super easy to speak with management, they were kind and quick to attend to our request. Great great experience!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1. Travelled to site from San Diego with wife and three grandchildren.2. Arrived to find elevator not working!3. Called Vail Mgmt office and 24/7 number twice and got no phone call back.4. After hauling all the luggage up the stairs, and nearly passing out, I find out there's no A/C and it's 80 deg in the condo. I was very upset. You need to let people know about equipment failures. I don't like surprises. A return phone call would have been great too. Not a good way to treat a guest.5. Other than this, the stay went ahead with no more surprises.

Only drawback for us was 1 parking spot for a 3-bedroom unit. Even though garage was empty, we had to pay extra for another car in Lionshead Parking Garage.

Very comfy with plenty of room to stretch out, beautiful views of the slopes, and a balcony overlooking Gore Creek and the mountainside. The grocery store is right next door to stock up the kitchen. Love the 80s vibe!

Had a great visit to Vail for the first time. Very close to the Gondola for Skiing, as well as plenty of Food/Bar Spots wihtin walking distance. Free Town Bus route is right out front as well.

Great location and cute unit

This condo is a great location-Right in Lionshead with views of the creek and mountains. 2-5 minute walk to anything in Lionshead and 10-15 to Vail Village (or short bus ride). Unit was well stocked with all our family of 5 needed. The 2nd bedroom that lists a king sized bed is actually 2 twin mattresses pushed together with a king headboard so not quite as comfortable as an actual king. Treetops is a bit dated but not bad. We did miss having any amenities (like pool, hot tub, bikes available, game room, etc) on property but the location is really great. There is no AC but opening the windows kept us comfortable and the water rushing in the creek provided great white noise all night!

Washing machine in unit broken throughout

Well many aspects of the property were nice, the washing machine was broken at arrival, door would not latch, appears this had been previously evident well before our arrival. We look hard for in-unit w/d, pack lightly accofdingly, so it is a significant annoyance.We stayed 7 nights and were simply were told to use the communal washing machine in the next building, macine never replaced throughout the stay. No conviction that they are actually intending to replace it.Reflects quite poorly on the owner and Vail Management Company, the property manager.
