Best family stay ever!

We travel every year and this home was breathtaking! The interior design, layout and spaciousness is so peaceful. Grant and Melinda did amazing work to acomodate our needs. We’ll be back again!

Incredible House

This home is even better in person. The pictures don’t do it justice! The kitchen is roomy and stunning and the back yard is in an Aspen forest. Can’t say enough about this house! It’s a little expensive but so worth it!!!

And a Vail Dream it was!

This rental home was everything we hoped it would be. We were a group of 10 people who stayed a week in late March for a ski vacation. The house is true to it's pictures. Very well stocked, fantastic well equipped kitchen, large dining table and great sound system. Spacious and private yard with heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor furniture and gas grill connected to gas line. Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy, comfortable and quiet. All household supplies were in the supply closet which we had access to. Everything worked and was in perfect condition. We dined in every morning and evening, no reason to leave except to ski and get groceries. We walked to and from the free in town bus stop at the golf course most days and used the parking valet at Golden Peak on first and last days. Garage, driveways, patios and decks were heated. Convenient Laundry Room and 'mudroom' with plenty of space to store coats and gear with seating for putting on boots. Grant, the property manager, was terrific, very responsive and a pleasure to work with. All in all a great property that we would be thrilled to return!
