酒店靠近缆车站且在旁边设有滑雪设备存放点，可以在那更换及穿戴装备，很方便。
酒店工作人员服务热情，给人感觉良好。酒店与租雪具的商店相邻，租的用具和自带用具交给工作人员，他们就会送到缆车站旁的存放点，自己穿着平常衣服到那再换非常方便 ，那里还免费提供高品质的防晒霜，工作人员很专业，基本的需求不用说他们都会主动提出。

Staff very friendly, lobby clean and coffee delicious. Easy to arrange free shuttle to vail village, complimentary ski valet at base of mountain. Hot tub and pool wonderful but would have nice if they provided robes. Would stay here again for sure.

The service was great. The room was very clean. We loved the ski valet and the onsite restaurant. Our view was terrible (first floor directly into a concrete wall by an outside access door), but we weren't there to spend time in the room so it didn't impact our enjoyment. We would definitely stay ...
