“I recently stayed at Welcomhotel Katra for two nights. While the overall experience was pleasant, there were a few things that could definitely be improved.
To start with, the check-in process was disappointing. Although I arrived about 60 minutes later than expected, the hotel still took another 30–35 minutes to hand over the room keys, which wasn’t a great start. “The property is 100m from station. However, my recommendation if property can arrange a pickup facility for the guest after a long journey. With luggage it was a task to walk to the hotel. When asked to arrange for a pickup, staff mentioned we don’t provide. A mini golf cart can be a good option. Think about it. ”
