「Clean room and it's right next to one of the best malls of the city, wonderful location. 」

「The room was ok.」

「Staff were courteous」

「Room just kept smelling, construction work right outside the window day and night so we had not slept during our stay. Told them and answer was it’s not our building! The welding and burning smell was coming into room but they did nothing. Toilet was not flushing after one person had been and kept running, limescale in shower all over and rusty. No customer service at all. Took photos and videos and still waiting as want a full refund! Don’t book! We moved to another hotel」

「Staff are standout, nicer and more welcoming and professional than all the 5 stars I’ve stayed at.」

「Very friendly staff, an amazing and peaceful property, and a great location right in the heart of the main hub. An ideal place to stay if you’re visiting for business or professional commitments. The fast internet is definitely a big plus! My only suggestion would be to clean out the sediment buildup in the bathroom plumbing, particularly in the shower and bidet, to improve water flow. Overall, a very pleasant stay!」

「毛巾很髒，厠所有味道，房間不太清潔」

「Rooms are too old..they need to do renovations.」

「We generally don't stay at Ginger and not used to such hospitality standard. Due to less than 20hrs stay in the city and other strategic benefits due to the location, we booked this property. While check-in, the reception guy was extremely rude and inefficient. Absolutely unfit for any hospitality job. Somehow we finished the check-in but bitterness still persists.」

「Good」

「It’s very difficult to find . There are so many bungalows in a compound and I was not given the which number bungalows was mine and also this office is in different road mainly my debit card was tried 3-4 times to take out money so never give card details 」
