“Amazing service and activities, if the resort has discount, better book it ;) ”

“the service make me feel very angry because when I go to have breakfast.The waiter push me away from my table twice and not polite.when I go back to room .the bottle water is not provide for the last day.Is bottle water very expensive?why not provide to customer?”

“Beautiful island and good place for snorkeling, carol and fish are so close to you. I really love the Aqua bar, nice view and every evening I will stay there with a cool drink. I also see beautiful sunrise in my room. Really nice place to stay.”

“Overall the stay was good. But the biggest disappointment was Mr. Mahmoud (Island host). Upon our arrival, Mr. Mahmoud was assigned to us as the Island host. We received zero support from him. Throughout our stay we had to reach out to different people to get guidance, information or support. Island host was not available. To one question, he responded after more than 36 hours. And then he never got in touch. Effectively, we were without an island host- which was extremely disappointing. This……

“We enjoyed 7 days holiday with family in this very nice hotel, management did a good job to maintain the overall environment, it is clean at the beach/road/room, it is really a good and beautiful hotel. And thanks to the Kids Club, they took good care of my kids (interesting diversified activities) so that I could enjoy my time with my wife... But some restaurant works are not good at all - 1. “Early seaplane time is9:15,but they told me I have to check out at 8:15.breakfast stat from 7:30.someone ask for luggage around 8 o’clock outside room,and waited for clean with cleaner staff . I waited in lobby until 9:30 but no other comes in lobby,after 10minuted another couple came. After 10minutes boat came. Don’t know why ask us for so early check out and so long waiting.but another couple they didn’t wait. Nothing special but nice sea ”

“Two things stood out: 1) Chef Ali's attentiveness to my gluten allergy. I was treated to bespoke meals (especially desserts) as well as gluten-free options made available at request. 2) The joy of the staff as they did their job, especially their efforts to upgrade me to the finest property available as a solo traveler. The conditions were pristine.”

“島上不大陸上設施也不多，不像其他飯店華麗，但走的是簡單舒適，在島上的每一天都會讓人覺得非常放鬆。Mirihi較適合想潛水或是想進行水上運動的人前往，幾乎每天都會安排活動出海。附近的潛點非常多，魚群也很豐富，多安排個幾天潛水非常值得。”
