"The property is not as shown in photos on website. These photos are from several years ago and do not reflect it’s current state. It is very tired and in need of an update. For the price paid I would not expect to arrive and have bed sheets that were many years old (they were clean), a broken toilet seat and a dirty barbecue! Whilst the village is very rural there is nothing there so please ensure you stock up on supplies."

"Great fornvisiting Mt St Michel ...clean and a reallt nice guy ..we were thinong thisnwould be perfect size for a retirement place...small but cute and pleanty of room. Not kuch food options in this town but a great little kitchen and there IS a surreal fresh priduce and meat store just up the road and machine pizza! It was soncool to be buying veg and meat from building full of vending...produce was fresh and.pizza was not bad ..baked a few more mins in the oven when we got back "

"This was a great location and we found the home clean and well appointed. The communication from the host was excellent prior to our visit. The beds were very comfortable . We were disappointed as the description refers to a bedroom with 2 double beds and we only found one, but we were able to make do. Other than that I can highly recommend this home. "My family and I, stayed in July. We had a great stay the accommodation was as described and the facilities and location were superb. It is an ideal holiday for those who want to explore a nice little corner of France. As for the accommodation it was as described and the equipment was excellent as were the pool, barbecue, table tennis and Boules court. I would say the downsides were the beds were a tad uncomfortable and all of my party wished they had more pillows on the bed. These small things...

"Just the perfect place for us, La Cachette is a beautifully renovated house, where we wanted for nothing other than that to be able to stay longer. The house is creatively decorated , super clean and very comfortable and the garden is a joy....so many plants and flowers, lots of birds and quirky decorative details, perfect for relaxing during the day and stargazing from the hot tub at night. Kate is very kind, friendly and happy to share her lovely corner of France as well as local knowledge...
