「The booking took place through Vrbo and then onwardly directed to Belvilla - no issues and worked well. House is a little dated but very well appointed as a rental property. The pool is amazing, heated which is a nice thing to have too! Slightly odd that bedding and towels not included and so we paid extra per person for bedding which was just left for us to make beds ourselves. 「Lovely place to stay and explore the local area (you will need a car). Very easy check in, clean place, comfortable beds, spacious lounge, very thoughtful owner with great communication, pool was a godsend in the blazing heat and great protection for the kids with it being covered, nice big garden and everything you need! It's a very peaceful and quiet in the area. The only advice is to bring lots of DEET in summer, the mosquitoes like the taste of English blood, they're vicious!! 」

「This was a lovely villa in a beautiful area. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool- (possibly older teenagers (which we didnt have) may have found it big enough between them?). However, it was perfect for the ages of our children - [four of them aged between 5 and 13]. The location was great for a wine tasting tour of a local vinyard (Carsin Vinyard - really informative and friendly), day trips to St Emillion and back to Bordeaux twice. Great supermarket nearby...
