“床單不乾淨，毛巾有臭味，吹風機還要去櫃檯借要29歐押金，房間非常悶熱”

“I really liked the room that I got. It was modern, clean, it even had a small kitchen. Chambre 520. Overall, the Staff were really pleasant, friendly and assisted me to understand and get around with public transportation. I also didn’t have a wine bottle opener so I went to the front desk and they let me use it to open my bottle of wine. Also got free espresso when I needed it. That was nice. The one thing I didn’t like was that in the kitchen to the far right where the counter meets……

“Great hotel. Staff was amazing and the shuttle to the airport was very convient.”

“hostel樓下是bar，住八人房就在bar樓上，每天音樂都到深夜一點才結束，根本無法睡覺；公共廚房不大，廚具很有限，連鍋鏟都沒有，有些鍋子甚至是壞的，有時候還找不到湯匙，晚上人多的時候作飯還要排隊；對於hostel還要插房卡不是很能理解，有時候在廁所大便到一半或在浴室洗澡到一半有人拔了房卡就沒電了，非常困擾”

“Everything was ok. Excellent staff and very clean and well maintained but my only recommendation is that you need to permit the customer lower the temperature of the AC in the room the thermostat only allows to lower to 24 C degrees. And the days we are there in Paris was very hot sometimes 40 C degrees. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of options”

“Air conditioner did not work, but staff is helpful, we got a fan, it's better than nothing ”

“Small rooms but very clean and breakfast was great because most restaurants don’t open until 9am. If your a morning person I recommend getting the breakfast”

“Receptionist seems not very welcoming once we arrived.he was busy at private stuff..only talked to us when we tried to communicate with him. Gonna give 5 stars if receptionists can at least say Bonjour with a smile at the first time we got in the hotel. Great spacious apartment except the broken door of showering room caused leaking. ”
