When I was not happy with the original room they put us in (not what I had booked online with a photo of the room), they immediately put me in the proper room which was spacious for 4 people. "Lovely hotel. Very clean and a free Shuttle service from the airport. I had problems with the coffee machine at first and had to call the technician up as no water was coming through. He fix it but unfortunately there was then no milk to put in the coffee so I had to go down to reception to ask. I was told to see the barman which I did and also asked for me coffee pods. I got the milk but was told to see reception for the pods but as there was a large queue for check in I gave up. Had a wonderful French beer and fish and chips. The fish was great but unfortunately the chips were almost cold, I ate them anyway. Most of the staff were lovely and the room and bed were great. Will definitely stay again."
