「We enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent with two metro stops in close proximity to travel around the city. Arnoud communicated well. We were a large group and there was room for all of us. We appreciate staying here! Note, there are stairs to climb to the 3 bedrooms upstairs. 」

She politely warned us not to make any noise in the room, to watch our steps, closing doors, etc because she has a 6 year old son who wakes up even in a little noise.
