“Did an earthquake occur in this area? The foundation of the entire apartment seemed to have cracked and left doorframes uneven, floors slanted, and drywall splitting. The ceilings have full cracks in them. Doors wouldn’t shut. We were unsure if it was safe to stay in this apartment, nor use the balcony confidently. The entire place was rather antiseptic, lacked charm, and has steel poles holding the front door and entry way up. Great neighborhood, but genuinely, was there an earthquake here?”

“L'appartamento vecchio, piccolo maleodorante e umido. Condizioni igieniche molto, molto scarse da non usufruire néanche del bagno e
doccia(vasca), cucina molto sporca, frigo amuffito , dalle foto sul sito non si vedevano le condizioni reali, alle 6 di sera non potevamo altro che fare un sforzo e rimanere, anche perché siamo trovati nel periodo delle tensioni socio politiche...le istruzioni per il check in sono arrivate alle 6 di sera nonostante il check-in doveva essere disponibile dalle 14. ……

“I was very happy to find the air conditioning worked very well, as I was there during a heatwave. The kitchen was nice to have. The shower was moldy and the button to flush the toilet was finicky. The main room was very dark. There was construction on the building happening, so there was noise during the day, but it was quiet at night. The location is great!”

“We loved staying at this rooftop apartment! The views were spectacular and the apartment had everything we needed. It's well air conditioned and everything worked as expected. The apartment was quiet and the beds were comfortable with blackout curtains to help us sleep well. There was a little confusion at check-in but Pascal responded very quickly and was incredibly friendly. We could tell that he cares about his apartment and guests. He even told us about fireworks happening on our last night……

“We had a great time in the courtyard apartment. The neighborhood was lively (but the building quiet) with great pastries and restaurants nearby. The apartment was comfortable and accomodated our large party. Excellent A/C in the main room and some of the bedrooms. Would be great to have coolingin all bedrooms. Still would highly recomend.”
